We are advancing a portfolio of machine learning models to power novel discovery for relevant GPCR targets focused initially on understanding the complexities of GPCR allosteric mechanisms and cellular signaling.
For each program we utilize our Bronzeville platform to power accurate predictions of both G protein and arrestin signaling efficacies. Structural insights from our programs help inform the design of next-generation therapeutics.
